HassleFreebooks is a bookkeeping and accounting application that provides bank syncing, transaction categorization, invoicing, financial reporting, and related tools for small businesses.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Billing & Free Tier
HassleFreebooks currently offers a free tier with full access to core features. If paid plans are introduced in the future, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent before charging any fees.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the service infrastructure, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
HassleFreebooks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
